Hawaiian Garlic Shrimp Scampi
Spicy garlic shrimp scampi
Ingredients
8 clove garlic, minced
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 lb large shrimp, headless, shell-on, deveined
Preparation
1. Cook garlic in butter over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Mix rice flour, paprika, cayenne, and salt. Toss shrimp in spice mixture.
3. Add 1tbsp olive oil to non-stick pan and cook shrimp over medium-high heat.
4. When shrimp is almost done, add garlic butter, toss, and continue cooking for 30 seconds.
